Terms of Service Agreement

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE IN ANY MANNER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, VISITING OR BROWSING THE SITE OR CONTRIBUTING CONTENT OR OTHER MATERIALS TO THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SITE.
1. Definitions

3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (A) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.
